How enquiry information is handled
Last reviewed: 18 October 2026
Who is responsible
contact@danb.pro is the business owner and controller for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to contact@danb.pro.
What is collected
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, optional organisation, selected review type, preferred approach, message, consent time, and a reference used to manage the response. It also records safe email-delivery status metadata.
Turnstile tokens and client IP addresses are used transiently for abuse prevention. They are not stored in the enquiry database. Request headers, raw email-provider responses, and stack traces are not retained with enquiries.
Why it is used
Information is used only to review your request, reply, shape a possible engagement, protect the form from misuse, and maintain a limited record of the conversation. It is not added to a marketing list.
Processors and location
Cloudflare hosts the website, performs abuse protection, and stores enquiries in D1. Resend may process the notification email when configured. Their own contractual and international transfer terms apply.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are retained for 90 days by default, unless a shorter operational period applies. The period is configurable through ENQUIRY_RETENTION_DAYS. Expired rows are deleted using a scheduled, parameterized maintenance operation. A legal hold would require an explicit policy decision and would not silently become indefinite retention.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@danb.pro. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you have unresolved concerns about the handling of personal data.
